I don't know why the weight gain the difference between the morning weigh in and evening weigh in is almost half a kilo. is that possible??. I wonder what is the true weight? ???

Yeah it's absolutely normal, difference up to +-2 kg on usual days and for woman up to 3-4 kg during "that days" - is a norm. So never trust the scales, only mirror will show the real thing.
