67 days to go... my cousin's wedding is getting closer.. need to see weight loss soon !!!
17.1 lbs to go!(same)
Managed quite an active day, considering my back and sprained ankle

Looking at my food diary, I think I need to eat a bit more calories to get my weight moving.. will but some nuts today

Gonna aim for 20g carbs.. just about managed it yesterday! Phew!

Was aiming for 16 hr fast yesterday, but forgot my daughter was working a later shift. We all eat evening meal together, so I snacked on some bacon waiting for her to come home and it was 23 hrs before I ate

OH still hasn't commented on my weight loss. ( I've tried and failed lots of times and keep plateauing)

However, yesterday he complained the bathroom scales didn't work as he was 14st 11, up from 14st 9.
I've replaced the battery this morning as requested, but still weigh exactly the same !! .. so maybe it's just fluid balance then, like happens to me 😉

I've taken the painkillers and antinflammatories with my first cuppa.. j just pacing myself today to finish the ironing and cook a roast beef dinner .. hope u have a restful Sunday too and get hear from the hospital soon 🤗

I don't hold out much hope of getting an earlier appointment, but you never know! Think I might do a roast today as well but I'm not sure I can resist the roast potatoes 😋

Poppy, are you wearing a sack around the house? 💁🏻How can they NOT notice how much you've lost?? Your husband's a crack up though! Scale must be off! I weigh too much! Replace the battery! (Eh, love, hate to tell you, if the battery was fragged, it would say, err, and you wouldn't weigh anything! LOL 🤦🏻‍♀️)

Thanks mom Smprowett.. I suppose that see me every day and I am still wearing my old clothes, just smaller sizes ( working towards the size I was before I got back problems)
