Woohoo.. got back in the groove and weight going in the right direction again!😁
More active yesterday, but have to sit down when the ankle swells up

Cooked barbecue pork belly last night..it was sooo tasty. I just had salad while the family had egg fried rice to go with it...
But the recipe needed 5tbsps of dry cider, it seemed A sin to waste the rest of the bottle😊🍺.. it was lovely and cold 😋

On plan today.. trying to get my chores done, then get out in the sun and tidy the patio and do some weeding if the ankle and back hold out !
Lovely sunny day here today, sitting on the patio listening to the birds, with a cuppa and the kitten for company 😎

Thanks all Doobrie and smprowett.. I HAD TO lie on a sun lounger for 2 hours listening to the birds and the end of the garden to prevent new ankle swelling☺️.. got a few more hundred freckles to add to my collection 😁 BPaula27... it's taken lots of practice to get here, just keep going and count every little victory x
