Absolutely devastated by the London attacks, but not surprised 😥
Brilliant response by emergency services
My thoughts and prayers are with all those affected and their families 😥



A bit confused today as I ate carbs to stop my migraine.. but lost weight??? At least I haven't woken up with carb cravings today, but it would have been super easy to polish off a whole naan bread with our takeaway curry last night ( I didn't order enough for me to have any!)

So fighting the carbs is STILL a daily battle 😊

for me getting clean an getting off the sugar an the wheat really has helped...its hard to do..but well worth it

Minitata and wannabehealthier.. I do feel better for it.. and am not really tempted by sweet foods anymore, bit I guess I still have a long way to go 😊
