Hi there and welcome. To be honest it's a tricky one to answer. I mainly use the app to track calories and I'm reducing my calories and losing weight slowly. Some people on here use different techniques such as carb reduction etc but I'm not quite that advanced! Have a look online and see what works best for you is my best advice! Good luck x
