77 days to go
down 1.6 lbs..swelling is going down in my foot and leg!
getting back to normal.. hung out 2 loads of laundryand third nearly ready to go!
dishwasher done.bathroom cleaned.
wearing cardiac monitor so cant shower..realise how much time i spend in the shower/bath each day, maybe fs needs to add it as an exercise! :)
IT training with others all day today.. i have said on booking i use voiceacvtivated software, but that was ignored, so it should be interesting!

fs is glitching and freezing on my phone, so if i ignore your posts or journals its because i cant access them

does anyone else use an iphone and can tell me if itsd possible to add photos to fs by iphone..i struggle to use the non voiceactivated laptop at home?

Well done on the drop Poppy! You're so active today - and all before work. I have an iphone but it doesn't look like you can add photos from it. Sorry they ignored your request but hope the training goes well anyway - good luck!

Great drop in weight, Poppycom!! I use a Droid and added a pic the other day with it. It took me a while to figure it out, though. I think Draglist uses either an IPhone or IPad. You can ask him.

I use the iPhone Poppy. Add it like you are adding a meal item picture and just don't put any meal items with it but comment how you want to if that makes sense? It becomes linked to that day and meal but 🤷🏻‍♀️who cares? I hate having to pull out my laptop if I don't have to. With my hands as numb as they are and my eyes as blind as they are I'm always squinting and pecking at it. Hmm..sounds like a dance 💃🏻 but not one I particularly want to do ...maybe the name of a cheesy Hip Hop Band? LOL 🤣

Poppy, on the iPhone app glitching. It will if you don't log out when you log in to your laptop version. It confuses it when you make changes to your account from both places. To logout on the iPhone go to ... more, settings and chose logout, then login and it should clear up any glitch.
