Unable to weigh
So, after illness and my daughter's emergency hospital admission, I was back on track.
Physio and occupational health recommended walking to help my back pain.
Yesterday I headed off out into the sun for a walk with my daughter.
After 3 mins (!) walking my right ankle collapsed and I ended up in a heap on the floor.
Really damaged my ankle ..very bruised and misshapen. Slept on the sofa so I could crawl to our downstairs bathroom.

Off to a and e for X-ray after family have helped me to wash and dress.

Had Pizza Hut takeaway as I couldn't stand to finish cooking the dinner I had planned and started cooking.☹️

Have an assessment from "access to work" on Tuesday at 9am . I currently have to drive from one end of our hospital to another for meetings. Assessor is supposed to see how I manage to do my job and I can't do it☹️
Planned to do a stack of ironing and go for a long walk today, but at least I've cleaned the house for the last 2 days 😬
I was really excited that EDS was on sky news this morning. Then watched the report.. it was about a young girl who gradually lost her ability to do the things she loved, had trouble getting diagnosis and pain management and took her own life. I was so excited, then the report was so sad....
Trying to be positive but I think today is gonna be s hard day.
