Went up to 149 (+ 8 lbs!). Got hooked on spaghetti and shredded wheat, my hug foods so back on track. Left the cereal I had left at my parents...whew! Didn't even see that one coming...
65.5 kg Lost so far: 25.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
