89 days to go!
Woohoo🎉🎉
Finally, a shift downwards 😁😁😁
So, yesterday I was fed up with stalling and decided to eat what I wanted, have a day off plan to shake things up. I think my total calories have been too low for too long!
I've been trying dr Moseley blood sugar diet off and on for a year now. Then I discovered Dr fung and IF.
Although I gave myself a day off, I really couldn't face chocs/biscuits/crisps/pastry. I actually felt quite despondent that I didn't get any pleasure thinking about these"treat" foods. Eating these foods was always my fun, me-time!
After wallowing around the house miserable for a few hours, I decided to clear out my wardrobe and linens cupboard. 7 black sacks for the charity shop!
Got rid of all my very high heels, skirts and dresses that are now too young for me. I'm 45 now, so if I wear a shirt dress it tunic dress it just looks like I've forgotten my leggings or trousers ☺️☺️Now that I'm staying on top of my laundry to increase my activity , I needed a clear out do that all my clothes actually fit in my wardrobe!!
And tho my weight is only moving slowly, o tried on everything in my wardrobe that I'm keeping and my shape and size is definitely changing .definately a feel good exercise!
So I'm gonna try eating a bit more again today and see if it gets my metabolism moving, 2 meals but stick to 16:8.
Have a happy and successful Saturday fs friends xx

It's good clearing out the cupboards, isn't it? Mixing it up a bit sounds like it's working for you - have fun!

Thanks phooka.. did give me a bit of buzz ( like I used to get from chocolate 🍫!)😉 I've changed my goal to under 11 stone for the wedding to keep me motivated. I've lost 16.6 lbs in 48 days, so hopefully another 19lbs in 89 days is doable if I mix it up a bit! Hope your back is better. Happy Saturday x

I find changing my meal plan routines often leads to a loss unless I let it get out of hand (the dreaded pork rind indulgence I had for past few days whacked me in the noggin...or in the rear maybe lol) I gained this morning but it could be related to the depression and stress and the whole cortisol factor at least in part?
