So I had 4 crackerwheat yesterday..they're now in the cupboard where I can't see them
I buttered 2 crakerwheat and was about to eat them, when u came out of my carb-craving trance and binned them! Tho to be fair, I wasn't that awake and in a lot of pain.. I flicked the switch on the iron ( standing next to the kettle on the worktop) and wondered why it didn't heat the water for my cuppa. Oh dear☺️
And a piece of potato and dumpling with my stew
So carbs defo don't agree with my scales 😱
But hey, I knew that already!
Had a blissful hot bath for an hour... back is very sore and I'm going prom dress shopping all day with my eldest daughter and her best friend..
So onwards with the painkillers and capsicum cream
Really excited!
And I'll definitely be doing plenty of walking and standing today 😁

Thanks minitata.. just shows me how ingrained my carb craving is, although at least I don't enjoy sweet stuff anymore. Hope u have a good Saturday too x

I hope your pain eases and you have a wonderful time shopping! Don't beat yourself up over little things...slips happen but the important thing is to recognize them and stop before it gets out of hand and you did that, CONGRATS! I am fighting depression right now and struggling and need to take my own advice lol. *hugs* hope you have a blessed and safe day!

Carbs are insidious beasts. I've noticed that if I allow myself to indulge one day, it takes a good 3 days of fighting cravings to get back on track. I hope you have fun shopping!

Same as Mskestrela. I don't buy or bake the stuff=carby, white stuff. I've worked too hard to slide back now. One day of bliss=5 days of wanting more. I would clean the pantry out as clean as you can get it without upsetting the others in the house. Doing great!

Mrs M.. that was definitely a true description !! How else could I explain being so fixated on getting carbs on waking up that I turned on the iron to make a cuppa ☺️☺️😂😂 Thanks all 😁
