100 days to go
Weight stable
But I wore the suit trousers today that OH bought me on 2nd April
I don't have to struggle with the zip or button any more... I just leave them done up and pull them up and down over my hips like a pair of leggings 🎉🎉👍👍
Today in our office kitchen I avoided
Carrot cake
Lemon drizzle cake
Chocolate caramel bites
French fancies
Bourbons
Custard creams
Large bag Tyrell's salt and vinegar crisps
Yay!
Yesterday was very stressful as I was a witness in court, but I managed not to stress eat. It's been awful having this hanging over me for 4 months, but it's over now. Support from my buddies has helped to keep me happy and on track.
No food or activity diary today.. just work and catching up on missed sleep, I'm physically and emotionally spent.
Back on track with the recording tomorrow.

Nice one. I can pull my trousers down without undoing them - but that's because there's not much difference between my waist and my hips. Sleep, relax and eat. See you tomorrow!!

nice on the trouser fit...it is fun when we discover we can wear things in our closets that didn't fit before! You are making amazing progress and wow at the list of goodies you avoided! Way to go! Proud of you! and glad that major stressor is behind you and I hope you can catch up on your rest and unwind and relax.

Thanks everyone Minitata.. it was the big roll of fat around my stomach rather that kept my 👖 up before! One of my long term aims is to developing a proper waist to hip ratio 😂
