105 days to go to my cousin's wedding
178.6 lbs . Up 1.2 lbs
After avoiding all temptations yesterday 😔
In work early today, then off to neurology at 11am to have steroids injected into my head for my migraines.
Rest of the day will be a write off as they add extra fluid to your head and it makes me feel drunk and wobbly
So no activity today either
Maybe tomorrow will be a better day
Feeling 😕

Anything ending in 'itis' means inflammation of which means retaining fluids you're doing well not to be piling it on. Just keep on doing what you know takes your weight off and when the antibiotics are finished and the cellulitis has gone you should find a net loss.

Take the time to rest and relax. Difficult, I know when you're not well but it will set you up for when you're feeling better and able to do some exercise. Take care!

Any time you can have steroids in and keep the same or lose you're doing good, Hon. Keep light movement going at home so you don't seize up, and fluids/water and good protein levels. Stick with your RDI and don't sweat it to much. Take some epsom salt baths if they help. If you do meditation check out an app on your iPhone called Insight Timer if you don't already have one. 😑*chill* <hugs>
