Antibiotics kicking in but feeling rotten..awake since 240am, getting ready for work now
Cracking on with 16:8 today
Have a happy and successful day fs friends
80.5 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Try to have some extra fat today - the fat soluble vitamins and fatty acids may help with the balance of bacteria that the antibiotics will kill - the good ones that is. Feel better soon.

Thanks.. Today in our work kitchen I will be avoiding:- Chocolate brownie bites Carrot cake Turkish pastries with nuts and honey 2 types of biscuits I have 1.5 litre bottle of water Decaff tea bags Full fat milk So much easier when I just avoid the kitchen sweet carbs, if I have " a little taste" then I end up starving and crave carbs all day Onwards and downwards!!

It sounds like your work kitchen ought to have some of that "Police - Crime Scene" tape around it! You do well to manage. I don't have much of a sweet tooth but even I fall foul of the office treats sometimes

😂😂😂thanks all.. I survived the day x🎂🍯🍰🍪🍩🥙🍞.🍟2 people went out to the bakers, one got Greek takeaways and 2 got fish and chips. They all asked if I wanted them to get me something.. I was aldo offered some homemade carrot and coriander soup ( my best friends husband is a chef) and delicious smelling dhal and rice .. never really thought about it before, but eating is definitely a social thing in our office. I joined in today by making the tea 😁😁
