So, I added my weight and lost my journal entry.. so thanks to any friends who supported or commented on my post.. looks like I've lost it !
81.2 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well, here is your post, Poppy, sorry I couldn't retrieve all the comments: "Oh well..at least it hasn't gone up To make up for being deskbound for 4 days, I was active all day at home yesterday.. Bleached all my bathroom tiles, cleaned and organised my kitchen cupboards, cleaned the oven, roast dinner for 7!Doesn't sound a lot, but with my disabilities my sense of achievement is massive! On the down side, I didn't eat enough ( not on purpose). While dishing up apple crumble and custard fir the teenagers , I managed to wolf down 2 leftover stuffing balls mindlessly😊 Back to work today. On a course 845-12 so no opportunity for cakes and biscuits temptation in the work kitchen! Yay! Goals for today.. plenty of water, enough protein and make my 800cals target for the day Have a happy day fs friends xx"
