On my second 24 hour fast

I ate 4 cracker wheat yesterday.. they smelled sooo good!

Definitely still on a learning curve!

Just make sure you know what you are doing . I know you do but , do not try too hard. Do not make yourself ill. Behind you ready to kick your butt if I need too ..ha ha hope you have a good sense of humour. .xx

Thanks everyone 😊 Callmesuzie.. I'm actually finding I'm not hungry if I don't eat till evening I eat breakfast then I'm starving at work.. several people I work with are really good at baking, so our office kitchen is always full of biscuits and yummy cakes. Then colleagues go to the sandwich shop/bakers/Greek takeaway and ask what I want fir lunch.But today I was happy with my black tea and to avoid them all.Then running around after the teenagers and then will have dinner together When I weighed myself today, my % body fat had gone from 49% to 45% and my BMi is under 30!!yay! 😁😁

Poppycom, when I was doing more fasting and one meal a day (OMAD), sometimes I found it was easier to have a hearty breakfast with my BPC, and that kept me full for the day. If I got hungry later in the day, then I would just have something, but usually more of a snack sized portion rather than a meal. Life's been a bit stressful this past month, so I haven't been OMAD, but I figure I'll fall back into it soon enough.

I had a cup of popped popcorn last night with salt and butter! It tasted 👍 great! Life does happen. We get back on and keep going.

I just went to movies too and had a lot of popcorn though. We saw Boss Baby. SO FUNNY. There were only three adults in theater too. Worked out twice today and will adjust calories for day but already missed one out three goals for the week.

Popcorn isn't a bad thing. It's portion size. We just can't eat the whole bowl! LOL It's never been my weakness so I don't have a problem with it. If you do air popped, it works out net carbs to less than 5. And then butter and salt. But if you want to work in a cup popped it makes a nice snack addition. I have little Chinese soup bowls that are 1/4 cup (tea) 1/2 cup (soup) 1 cup (rice) almost exactly and they make it very easy to gauge portions on things like this or cereal or oatmeal when I indulge. Measuring cups and my scale have also become my best friends. LOL Still trying to get my eye for portions retrained from restaurant-itis.
