Went to a beautiful tearoom with my daughter yesterday

She had a cake tasting platter

I had 2tsp of each of her 4 cakes , so guessed them as a small Victoria sponge slice..

Rainbow cake/chocolate cake / raspberry and orange cake/ peanut butter and banana cake

They were so sweet that a couple of teaspoons were enough.. I just had an extra pit of tea while she was still eating

Managed a reasonable ( very slow) walk around Alexandra palace

Back to work today
84.1 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
