OH helpfully went out and bought me new work clothes to improve my confidence as I'm finding return to work hard after nearly a year off
Went back today and exchanged all the size 14 and 16 clothes for size 18- they look and fit so much better 😔
Did a big food shop and back to WOE tomorrow
