so, weight up again
had a week full of family issues, return to work and dealing with my union, gp and occ health over changes to my job

actually missed lots of meals due to stress nausea, but this put all my meds out of kilter and upset my stomach

after not sleeping for most of the week, feeling rested and calmer today

logged my food, gonna have a nice hot shower and then see if my hips allow me on the exercise bike after physio
