Alright. Week and few days off for injury and I just can't sit any more. I didn't gain thank god because I got into chocolate and ice cream hardcore. Oh well. Got a good work out in and hit the snow covered trails for a 2.5 mi hike. Feels good to be back
120.2 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 30.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
