Note to self:
DON'T Weigh yourself 3 times a day!

I had a moment of frustration last night after stepping on the scale before bed.
Ended up stuffing a cream cheese pumpkin muffin down my throat.

I weigh myself once a day and that is first thing in the morning. That way I always have the same time to compare to. It is also my lightest since i haven't eaten anything yet. :)

Once a day in the morning might be better! I want to try to monitor so it doesn't get out of control but I don't want to obsess over it.

ive been doing this for a while and I keep my scale in the kitchen. At first as a suggestion from my mom to help curb over eating. I weigh multi times a day. I like to see how i fluctuate through out the day and by different foods.

oh bummer. i weigh myself millions of times too but i only care about the number after sleep in the morning. dont ruin ur diet over a night time number cause it will change.

I always weigh in the morning! Same time every day and only once a day. As soon as you put something in your mouth, your weight will change, even if it is water.... So in order to not make my day go from good to bad (because I checked the scale after eating/drinking) - I only weigh in once. Keeps me a little more sane and happy.....

I always do my weigh in rather daily at our clinic but only record when I reach the 1 kg mark for loss so as not to have the variances of water weight or food in the gut well for accuracy am 115.2kg from 132.4 wooohoo and iam feeling great
