I had been second guessing myself on my WOE due to no change in my weight in a few days until this morning and I am extremely happy to see a loss. On to pulling some more recipes for next week...HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE:)
81.8 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
