Grrr. Still the same.

Feeling grumpy. And STARVING

But I had to laugh at myself this morning. Couldn't find my normal raisins. So bought more expensive " taste the difference" raisins. They're bigger and fatter. Found myself swearing at the bowl and scales when I got far fewer raisins than normal for my 15g allowance. Reweighed them to make sure!!😂😂

800 Cals is hard enough when I'm losing weight.. so I think today's gonna be difficult

If my back and hips allow it, gonna try to go for a walk later ( my pain is also bad today)

Really wanted to be 178 when I see the pain consultant on Monday, as I was 179 last time I saw him 😔

Although I was tempted by an open bottle of nice Californian rose in the fridge .. found I promised myself a glass later if I included it in my 800 Cals . I know I shouldn't have wine. I can see how o still try to reward myself/ cheer myself up when I'm grumpy with food and drink... so I Just poured it down the sink ! Never done that before 😁🎉

Seriously, well done with your will cm,net about the raisins made me laugh, I can just imagine you adding one more and cursing then taking it off again and adding a different one to see if it was still 15g (well, that's what I'd have tried 😂). I must have missed something - are you at 800 Calories a day for a specific shot term diet?

I know phooka!! 😂😂my favourite. £12 a bottle from m&s.. but I knew otherwise I'd think of it all day, a bit like when u see the last slice of chocolate cake in the fridge.. but I'm not supposed to have alcohol for another 5 1/2 weeks.. drastic times need drastic measures !!😉

Lol. Michael Moseley, the blood sugar diet.. 8 weeks of low carb, 800 Cals/day to get rid of the fat in my liver and pancreas .. been on metformin for insulin resistance since 2005 and my belly was just getting fatter and fatter.. it's working in the belly department, but I'm still waiting for the hunger to disappear as promised in the book ..

If you're feeling peckish more than you like, I'd say try increasing your protein grams a bit per day - in all honesty, it looks a bit low in the food diary, under even the barest recommended minimum for women - and as a side benefit, protein (along with fat) will help you keep full, as well as provide the usual tissue/body repair, amino acid replenishment, etc! So maybe bump that up a bit, see if it helps.

Agree with R_G_G. Good luck going further with this. I know I wouldn't be able to hang on......calorie intake is too low.

Thanks Arabella and Real Gone Girl.. I'll try that. Just desperate to get my stomach fat down and blood sugars under control.. no one should have a belly measuring 49 inches ( it now measures 45!!) .. and I've had 5 lots of celllulitis since end of June, apparently high blood sugars are contributing to this ... So I'm soo hungry today, I could eat my own hands.. Chicken kebabs and salad tonite, I'll treat myself to a bit more chicken!!

Yep. I'm using the Book Sugar Diet book by MM But I'be reworked some of the recipes to suit and which gives me a few more calories Not easy on 800 calories. All the Best
