Back this week after a major blip. The first was a chest infection that lasted from mid Sept to mid Nov. After going out to 'celebrate' my return to health & a return to the gym/pool I fell over ( drunk) and badly bruised my ribs. Ribs are still sore but this week I managed the pool 3 times. Found it tough & couldn't manage my usual distance/time. Neverthereless, I went & today i commence the Fast Fake Mimicking diet to boost my immune system and (hopefully) drop a couple of kilos too. Motivation is back. Say goodbye to the 90kg+ once & for all soon.
