Well I feel a little bit better, down 3 lbs from my scale mistake last week. Not having as hard of a time adjusting to the no carbs/low carbs, which I should be use to since I'm not suppose to have them anyways. My blood sugars have been really good for the last week ranging from 100 to 117. Just need to get to the gym more. I have a really hard time getting to the gym in the evenings may have to change it to the mornings. If I can just get through all of the Christmas goodies at work for the next 10 days I will be doing excellent.
84.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
