Who lost weight over the weekend? THIS GIRL!!! Well, the DASH diet has really helped improve my BP in just a short time, plus I've dropped a couple of the 5 lbs I gained on vacation. Here's hoping to be back down to 146 lbs by Turkey day; also here's hoping I don't severely overdo it on Turkey day. I'm doing the main cooking, and am planning to make a few different veggie dishes. I'm also looking for a lower cal/fat/salt version of the Green Bean casserole, anyone out there got any ideas for this?
67.2 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
