And I had 2 small glasses of rose..my first alcohol in 6 weeks

But I planned it and 2 small glasses was enough to celebrate finally being clear of antibiotics

I've even dug out my slendertone to start firming up under the very wobbly bits

Tonite is takeaway nite - plannning a healthy chicken shish kebab with lots of salad

Due to my disability, I know after ironing yesterday and more today , my hands will be too sore and tremoring to cook tonite, so instead of making unrealistic plans to cook healthy, I'll look at it as a challenge and have a healthy takeaway instead

Thanks everyone.. sitting on the sofa eating the salad... far away enough from my husband at the end of the other sofa.. I can smell his massive cod and chips but not close enough to pinch some chips😀 It's really hard, but I keep telling myself that being too fat is harder
