woohooo
down a pound
been on the exercise bike, forgot how hard it is, but determined to get moving until i can swim again
hopefully i'm starting to find my groove :)
83.9 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
