I am not going to weight myself in a while... I do not want to become obsessed again. For now this week I will be on a calorie controlled diet and going to the gym to do my best. It is time to kickstart my body again.
60 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
