From monday I started the diaociated diet by days, I hope to keep it for 2 weeks only
122.1 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 37.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week

I'm interested to know how that progresses, good luck with it. Hadn't heard of it until now, bur seems to be a variation of Hay diet/food combination.

Maria the dissociated diet is like this: Monday fruits Tuesday all kind of cheese, yogurt, milk, kefir etc Wednesday vegetables Thursday chicken, beef, turkey Friday eggs but I never could eat only eggs and is not healthy so I ised only 3 eggs and green salad for the whole day Saturday fish Sunday anything you like from above but diasociated per each meal, morning cheese, lunch meat and.dinner vegetables. I know is not a very healthy diet, thats why I keep it for 2 weeks only. With this diet you can lose good weight but need to be careful what you eat after or all the weight is coming back. Sounds way too complicated! Just need to eat less & exercise more.

Carrie, this diet is very easy for me and once in a while I keep it, sometimes I use 3 vegetables & fruits + 3 chicken, cheese & eggs😊. Thanks Draglist!
