Way to go MsKes! I pass on the fried rice now too! Shrimp spring rolls have 7 gr of carbs, which is okay for me if I'm craving Chinese take out.

Thanks, CC...but I have to stay away from wheat, I'm afraid, and the wrappers are wheat.

What is your macro range? I love following your journal. It's inspiring to see how much you have lost. I love your experiments. .haha I have been trying ADF and LCHF but I always seem to eat more than the allowed carbs on LCHF. I am going try keep my carbs under 30g on Fast days and keep them moderate say in the 50g to 70g range on other days. What do you think diet buddies?

@Gonubie, When I first started I was very insulin resistant. I had to keep my carbs under 20g/day, protein between 60-90g, and fats up to 180g. Recently, I've been experimenting with higher carbs, to see how my tolerance has improved. It's interesting that certain foods will let me stay in ketosis, but still bump up my weight, while others will almost take me out, but I lose. I would try to keep carbs close to zero on fast day, and use the test strips on eating days to insure you're in ketosis. Ketosis=fat burning.
