Not made much of an effort the last few days

Decided to start doing an actual exercise programme as although i am lighter, i am weaker than i have been in the past (Not weak, but not in the condition i want)

So i am going to do the 30 day shred thing by Jillian Michaels (DO not judge lol)

I know it works, you sweat like a nut and i find it really tough when out of shape.

30 days from now I will be sub 80kg for sure and ready to flaunt my 6 pack

Quick edit, i do not really play basketball, but I have decided i want to train to try and dunk a basketball (If i can do it, well hell woohooo) i am 41 and according to the movies should not be able to jump, i figure when sub 80kg if i have put in some effort it MAY be possible in a few months.. would be fun to turn up and play with my significantly younger friends who cannot dunk and pull that out the bag

Last thing, i had two pairs of trousers and a pair of jeans i bought and could not wear since i bought them last year, well the trousers both fit no problems now, the jeans not yet. Thinking about it, the girl who sold me them must have thought i was a bit weird as they were clearly too small and they were also expensive (I do not try stuff on, i just buy it! which makes me a manly man)
