I weighed 4lbs more this morning than I did yesterday morning! I better have a big loss next fortnight or I may swear at the scales :)
97.1 kg Lost so far: 55.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

You shouldn't weigh yourself every day as weight dies fluctuate. Stick to once a week. 🙂

The only thing that makes me gain like that one day from the next is high carbs - bread, pasta. When i eat them i can gain 3 or 4 lbs overnight and it will sit on me for 3 days before the bloating subsides so i would be asking did you eat carbs for tea the day before weigh? I weight everyday but i only have one day a week for my official recorded weigh as i like to know how different foods affect my body. Keep up the hard work 🙂

Only swear at them?! I'd be telling them I'm going to get some new ones and they're out of a job unless they buck up. :) Either that or move them somewhere more favourable. Good luck.
