Finally a new low. Been fighting like Ali to get my weight to drop for a month now. I was so determined that I went to sleep really hungry the last 2 nights. Been watching my new roommate pig out on donuts, pizza, ribs and chinese food and thinking, does he realize the calories he is eating? Low carb really stopped my cravings, its amazing. New mindset New body New life
69.5 kg Lost so far: 21.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

my son is like that; only he did blow up. now he is taking a nutrition class (he is in a LPN to RN program; already has BS in psychology) anyway; assignment was to count daily carbohydrates consumed. he got real crabby when he counted them up. i just kept my mouth shut!!!

Low carb is the only thing that consistently works for me. You are doing great. Arggg on the carbaholic roommate. That has to make things doubly difficult!
