I started fasting 16+8 a few days ago. My weight has started to drop and my blood glucose and ketones are looking much better already.
94.8 kg Lost so far: 57.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.7 kg a Week
