riding the weight loss wave.. goood friday morning everyone..another day..another release of weight...and all i have done today is get outta bed ..after a 7 hour rest..do the bathroom routine an smile at the scales..no ride today..raining outside as i journal..been up since 23am again this morning watching weather on internet tryin to decide if i could do an hour on bike..so i could show a bigger loss but im happy to have a loss...getting closer to my 290 mini goal..an then its reset it again..an head to the next goal weight..keepin on track..seein results...headed to my goal...
