Just gonna weigh myself every day... Seems to be the only way to keep on track
83.1 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I find it also very helpful to log everything I eat or drink.

I also keep on track if I weigh in daily. Seems that a daily reality check is what I need to keep on track.

I need the reality check also..it keeps me focused.

I also weigh in daily. The key though is to realize that weight can fluctuate a lot. Don't freak out about 2 pounds in either direction. Use the daily checks to watch for trends.
