Well - so I overindulged on food Saturday as predicted, had my annual beer as well, yet somehow I'm only up 1/2 lb? For me that's pretty amazing! I've cut my daily calorie consumption down to 1300 cals daily starting today; we'll see if this is realistic. This means I need to cut the afternoon snack & any dessert, and here I've got a TON of ice cream in the freezer, oh well! My hubby joined the gym and went yesterday while I went shopping with my daughter. I put in 4 miles on the treadmill when I got home, slightly faster pace than normal, and BOY, did I feel wiped out! It's pretty humid right now, that may be why. Anyway, hubby bought like 14 lbs of chicken breast & grilled every one of them, so had chicken & some fruit for lunch yesterday. He sliced & packaged up the rest, for easy lunches for the week. Tonight I'll go to the gym with him, though I probably won't run tonight. Tonight will be weights & elliptical.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
