Weighed in at tops yesterday. Won best loser of the week and best loser of the month. Got a new charm for my tops bracelet for that. Then went to lunch and ate popcorn shrimp and onion rings, oh well it was good
91.6 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Best loser! Good for you! Onion rings are deadly for me, heartburn from hell. They don't even tempt me. I wish there were lots of other foods that were as easy to resist. We all have our weaknesses, we just have to try harder next time.
