I've made some major changes to my diet. After 27 years of being a vegetarian I have gone back to being a carnivore. As a result of these changes I'm carrying some extra fluid. Hopefully this will balance itself out in the next few weeks.
84.4 kg Lost so far: 68.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

Yeh, dont worry. I think meat already has sodium in it (even if u dont salt it). So that could be causing it. 😃😃
