woohoo!only a small chane on the scales but finally my waist is under 40 inches, hasnt been that since i went on holiday last autumn.

now measure 45-38.5-40 hooray

wedding 2 weeks today so that will also help to keep my motivation up
78.9 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
