I raised my fat levels significantly during the first week and put on 5 pounds :) I had to cut the fat severely to get back to my current weight. Another lesson learned the hard way!
85.7 kg Lost so far: 66.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
