So the carb spike/carb night/going off plan is total bullsh*t. Back in ketosis, but a complete reset on being keto-adapted. Ok, I got nothing but time.
I made my first Fat Bombs tonight. Peanut butter chocolate, and they are 'da bomb'!!
85.8 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 17.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
