bugger! After 10 days of weight loss my weight has stayed the same. .and my best friend is taking me out for lunch today...This is gonna be a hard day :(
80.1 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
