I increased my daily fat intake to over 200g and the weight started to come off again! I'll have to carefully watch my carb/protein levels as they were creeping up in the second week.
85.7 kg Lost so far: 66.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
