Being a woman. Trying to lose weight is not easy. There are at least 10 factors against us at all times. Do you want to mention any?
98.9 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think the biggest factor among the others is woman's ability to "Cook delicious and gastronomical meals ". We "men" (at least for myself!) just like to prepare a quick meal, throw a slab of steak over a grill and call it a "creation of love". Have a great day!

I definitely see a difference in my weight loss when its mother nature week. I tend to want to munch and nibble more
