Glaun's Journal, 30 Apr 16

It has been 8 months since I was active in FS. In that time I put on 7 pounds but then lost them after picking up a bug of unknown species on a visit to Indochina. I was sick for many weeks and lost not only the 7 pounds, but an additional 2.
I am now mostly recovered and thought that I had better rejoin the FS community because I know from past illnesses, the weight comes right back on unless I am very careful about eating. Also, I enjoy the community and the comments.
