still no changes in my weight this week. But that's to be expected I'm a woman. my meals are bland but efficient. I have a lot of energy off of one of these meals compared to before. it's almost like a two-week detox.
103.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
