I think weighing myself frequently and recording all my food and activity is the only way to keep myself on track. I found an old notebook yesterday
.today I am the same weight as 12th April 2014, but a stone heavier than last autumn. I have to lose weight, or with my joint problems I will end up unable to walk at all. finally, it's like a switch going on in my head...All systems go!!!!
81.3 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
