Hello Fatsecret buddies and members,Sunday morning and it is my weigh day.
Having lost 2lb last week I really did not think I would drop this week.
But I am pleased to say I lost half a pound, not much I know but any loss makes me happy. It has been 14 weeks and I still can't believe how positive I am. I think one of the major reasons that I remain positive is being here on Fatsecret. Having to type in all foodseaten and seeing the calories rise on the screen really helps me to watch my intake of calories.
Another reason is being able to read other member stories on their journeys and know that we are not alone.

The feedback from buddies and members is a great incentive, thankyou .
