Man! This week has been a struggle with my inner me. It's been just me at the house so "no cooking". But a girl's gotta eat right!? Yeah, but none of the crap that I was grabbing. High protein and fat definitely works better than carbs in even a small portion. I'm just glad to see a loss honestly!
